Refund Policy

At Roamers Way, all products are printed on-demand after you place your order. Because of the custom production process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on orders unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at RoamersWay25@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item

We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost or process a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Items with no manufacturing defects
  • Size or fit issues (please refer to our size charts before ordering)
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will appear in your account depending on your payment provider's processing time.
